Session Title:
“Frientimacy: The 3 Requirements of All Healthy Relationships”
Session Description:
We may be more networked now than ever before, and yet ironically report feeling more disconnected than ever. Full of health research, personal stories, and psychology, this keynote will not only teach us why we have to focus on the quality of our friendships, but also how to do it.
Few of us have ever been taught how to start, develop, enhance, or repair friendships, and yet all of us need to know what we can do to increase the frientimacy—friendship intimacy— in our lives. Come learn the three most important things you can do to develop your relationships.
